Our InitiativesWho We Are
Harbour View Services is an independent food service company based in Yokohama, Japan. Founded by Darren Prest and JP Turner, we have been running Dragon Dining at Yokohama International School since 2015 — cooking from scratch, every day, for a community that deserves the very best.
From our kitchen at YIS, we have grown two initiatives that we believe can change the way international schools across Asia think about food — the School Food Collective and True North Food Consultants.
